Why do more orders mean more people today?

Because every order goes through the office. With a portal, it works like this:

TodayOrders arrive by phone, by email and in spreadsheets - every dealer in their own way.

With a B2B portalDealers order on their own, in one place, at any hour.

TodayThe office retypes them into the ERP, typos included.

With a B2B portalThe order goes straight into the ERP. The office only approves it.

TodaySomeone checks prices and discounts, and every mistake ends in a corrected invoice.

With a B2B portalEach dealer sees their own prices and discounts, straight from the ERP.

TodayCalls about stock, delivery dates and order status fill the whole day.

With a B2B portalDealers check it themselves, without picking up the phone.

TodayMore dealers means more calls - and eventually another hire.

With a B2B portalAnother dealer is just a new account. The team stays the same.

How much office time goes on orders today?

25 h

a week, or about 0.6 of a full-time role

With a portal, what stays is approving the orders. The rest of that time stops growing with your volume.

No need to replace your ERP
The portal works with what you have

SAP, SAP Business One, Comarch, Subiekt, enova365 and others - through the API or directly through the ERP’s database.

From the ERP to the portal

Dealer prices and discounts, stock, invoices and order status - always up to date.

From the portal to the ERP

Dealer orders - straight in as a document, with no retyping.

What does a B2B portal for a manufacturer cost?

The total value of the offer is €37,500. Your investment: from €8,500 net, paid once. Spread over 3 years, that is from about €240 a month - with no fees for extra dealers or extra orders.

For comparison: one more full-time hire in the office costs more than that, every single year. The calculator above shows how many office hours go on orders today.

The final figure depends mainly on how many systems the portal connects to and whether your ERP has an API, how complex your pricing and discount rules are, and how many features go into the first version. On top of that comes hosting, roughly €10–200 a month, paid directly to the provider - not to us.

You get a firm quote with a deadline after the free System Map, broken down into stages.

Questions about the B2B portal

The portal means that more orders no longer need a bigger office: dealers order on their own, and the orders go straight into the ERP. Your volume can grow while your team stays the same.

Yes. With SAP, SAP Business One, Comarch, Subiekt, enova365 and other ERPs we connect both ways: through the API or directly to the ERP’s database. Sometimes an API module has to be bought from the ERP vendor. We check this in the System Map, before we quote anything.

That is why we start with a few dealers, not the whole network. The portal runs in the browser, on phones too. Repeating the last order has to be quicker than calling the office.

The prototype is ready in 2–3 weeks, and the whole network usually orders through the portal after 6–12 weeks. The launch date goes into the contract, and you pay the final instalment only after launch.

If the prototype isn’t right for you, we refund the entire deposit. If something in the agreed scope takes us longer, the extra cost is ours. The project risk sits on our side.

With a small catalogue, one price list for everyone and a standard process - then a subscription gets going faster and cheaper. A portal you own pays off with dealer-specific discounts and products in variants. If you are in the first group, we will tell you straight.
