Why do more jobs mean more office work today?

Because every job comes back to the office on paper. In the Digital Start programme, it works like this:

TodayCrews call in for the address, the scope and the order of today’s jobs, and the boss ends up working the switchboard.

In the programmeEvery crew has its day on the phone: addresses, scope and order.

TodayJob sheets and service reports reach the office days later, and someone retypes them.

In the programmeJob sheet and service report filled in on site, on your own form. The office sees them the same day.

TodayHours and materials are added up from paper slips, so the invoice goes out late or incomplete.

In the programmeThe job’s billing is ready to invoice on the day the work is done.

TodayService dates after an air-conditioning install live in someone’s head, and the customer calls a competitor.

In the programmeEvery install records its next service date, and the system sends a reminder well in advance.

TodayMore jobs means more paper - and eventually another person in the office.

In the programmeAnother job is just another entry. The office stays the same size.

How much office time goes on job sheets today?

10 h

a week, or about 0.3 of a full-time role

With job sheets on the phone, what stays is approving them. The rest of that time stops growing with the number of jobs.

Your form, not someone else’s template
The system works the way your crews do

Off-the-shelf software makes your crews switch to its form. We move yours.

Your job sheet and report layout

We move your paper form onto the phone field by field - at one electrical firm, all 7 fields of the paper job sheet went into a single form.

Your invoicing software

Billing lands where you already invoice - through the API or directly in your software’s database.

We start with one process

A map, a prototype on your own jobs, launch - and you add more processes later.

What does the Digital Start programme cost?

The total value is €16,000. Your investment: €3,000 to €8,500 net, paid once. Spread over 3 years, that is about €80 to €240 a month - with no fee for every person in your company.

For comparison: one more person in the office costs more than the whole programme, every single year. The calculator above shows how much office time goes on job sheets today.

Where you land in the range depends mainly on how many processes you start with, how elaborate your forms are and whether the system has to connect to your invoicing software. On top of that comes hosting, roughly €10–200 a month, paid directly to the provider - not to us.

You get a firm quote with a deadline after the free System Map, broken down into stages. Further processes are quoted separately, when you need them.

Questions about the Digital Start programme

The one that takes the most time today - usually the job sheet with its billing, because the office retypes it. We settle that in the free System Map, before we quote anything.

Yes. Job sheets, service reports and the date of the next service work the same way for air conditioning, heat pumps and electrical installations - only the paperwork differs, and the paperwork we move over is yours. You check it on the prototype after 2–3 weeks.

That is why we move your own form over instead of teaching your crews someone else’s, and the job sheet opens in the phone’s browser, with no app to install. It has to be quicker than a pen - and you check that on the prototype before we go any further.

Yes. We connect through its API or directly to its database, so the billing lands there on its own. We check this in the System Map, before we quote anything.

The prototype is ready in 2–3 weeks, and the electrical firm among our case studies was running on the system in production in just under 3 weeks. The launch date goes into the contract, and you pay the final instalment only after launch.

With a single crew and a standard process - then a subscription gets going faster and cheaper. A system you own pays off with several crews and your own forms or billing rules. If you are in the first group, we will tell you straight.
